According to
information revealed from a recently defected secret service agent of Salva
Kiir SPLA Juba faction to SPLA-IO.Museveni has secretly been the instigator of
regional instability and he has also quietly sucked in other regional countries
into the South Sudan war.
Earlier on I informed
you that the M23 rebels were active in combat in South Sudan here is the
evidence from a former handler.
“President of Uganda is an agent who has detrimental
influence in South Sudan. He opened a military training for M23 insurgency. He
uses these M23 military groups to fight war against the South Sudanese people
alongside his own UPDF and Salva Kiir’s tribal militia, Gelweng.” said the
former Security Intelligence staff.
The security official
alleges that the Sudanese rebels are training within South Sudan borders with
guidance and support from Uganda and South Sudan.
“Yoweri Museveni doesn’t stop just there, he also helps,
organizes, trains and arms Sudanese militia groups to fight in both Sudan and
South Sudanese territories. Sudanese’s rebels have military training centers at
Uganda-South Sudanese border, in Unity State and Upper Nile. He, Museveni,
gives Sudanese rebels all kind of modern weapons, military helicopters and
gunship-fighters.” Rir continued in his declaration
Rir further
reiterates that foreign forces from Burundi, Rwanda and DR Congo are
anonymously participating in South Sudan conflict under the batch of Ugandan
People Defense Force.
“More so, some East Africa countries such as Rwanda, Burundi
and DR Congo have been clandestinely contributing troops, put them in Uganda’s
military uniform and brought them to South Sudan as UPDF in order to fight
alongside Salva Kiir’s Government.” Part of the declaration read.
“This means Salva Kiir is summiting South Sudan’s
sovereignty to another country.” Said the defecting official.
Rir strongly alleged
that Yoweri Museveni has copy pasted the techniques that he used to implicate
his rival, Joseph Konyi, in his home areas in Northern Uganda to implicate
Salva Kiir’s rivals in South Sudan.
“Another terrorist act that Museveni has been doing is the
tactic of sending UPDF into the bushes to kill people there and scapegoats that
it is Joseph Kony’s forces killing people in the bushes of Acholi. The Ugandan
know very well that Konyi who is a Acholi cannot kill his own people and
miammed them because of his differences with Museveni.” Rir continues.
“This culture is what Dictator Kiir introduced in South
Sudan, sending his forces to kill elderly, rape women, kidnap their children
and burn down Nuer home states and scapegoat the Nuer rebels. He has done this
to Murle, Dinka Ngok and Chilluk from 2010 to 2013” Rir emphasizes.

If true then this explains why parliament has been asked to
approve the borrowing of large sums of money for the army. It is a shame. We
need drugs in hospitals scholastic materials in schools, pay rise for trs and
health workers but NOT to train rebels of other countries!!!!!!!

Some people say that Uganda is not under military rule!!!
That it is a democracy!!! Whenever I raise this point most Ugandans
condescend...and say I do not understand what I see with my own eyes!!!
Ugandans are very strange people...

We can't just ignore this profound article, better we study
it as the son and daughters of South Sudan soil.Such scenario implicates our situation(crisis).
Military and political tactic in a dictatorial sense seeks
to make problem worse.We all denounce presient Kiir for bringing and nurturing
foreign troops(mercenaries)in our beautifu nation that is being turned into
buffer zone.God forbid.Kiir wakeup before it's too late.

There are some pipo who are good at denying and suspending
almost everythg as allegations. even when they are caught red handed, doing
something. The details of southern sudan fighting are not available to most of
us bt what others and i are sure of is that there is a war in s.sudan and there
is ready presence of Updf there. and with their presence, any thing is possible
to be done including what the writer mentioned. - making other foreign troops
wear and use updf uniform , killing pipo under the guise of Riaka machara's
rebels and other war related attrocities. if the ugandan forces were not there,
perhaps u wud gain the ground to deny and trash mose's story. Bt u well know
they are there.

ugandans are interesting pipo(me inclussive). they always
want to do things bt without talking about them and they will always rise their
voice , widen their eyebrows and point rebuking fingers at any one who tries to
rise such matters. and am begining to believe that thats a tactic that
intumidates the good voices and well meaning ugandans to talk of such matters.
when ever a hot issue (truth or eye opener) is raised , there are always voices
at the ready , to suppress that argument. they work like ready lawyers and they
are ready to block any meaningful discussion that can lead to change or
something. well done u pipo bt for how long will u wrestle with change? only
one "person" can and is a change master and he is none other than
God. the rest cannot however much they wish. change is natural and what ought
to be , will be. whether u like it or not. becoz mortal man is not always a
master of circumstances, now or even in the past.

Uganda will never be neighbor to South for every. the
atrocities they cause for the support to dictator Salva Kiir just to get wealth
of South Sudan would never be forgotten.

The truth is we SS can not blame Ugandan for the mess that's
taking place in our country, we should look into our self first before blaming
someone else for our problem. Of course what do u thing, if a chance fall for a
opportunistic person lake M7 what do u think he should do? The musee days are
numbered. All he's doing now is collecting the last coins sround, if he can get
a dum country lake ours why not go for it.

The evidence people are talking about while updf are already
in South Sudan so iam wandering what kind of evidence needs than physicaly
Uganda has been in Country.
