They simply collapse in the middle of the night, as did General Abacha of Nigeria.

Alternatively, they may die of a random insect bite, or even of a full belly that abruptly bursts open.

Bizarrely  this letter was written at time of commemorating  the police 100 years of existence in Uganda,it must have passed through the media lenses,its incredible piece of a scathing attack on the IGP Kale Kayihura by a commissioner of police Karugaba. As a preamble i extract an except; " I am old enough to have seen the Colonial Police in action, and I know that they promptly arrested murderers, rapists, robbers, thieves etc and promptly produced them before courts of law, a far cry from your UPF of today.
