Museveni and Kale Kayihura are still grappling with a mixture of rural and revolutionary mentality ,three decades after substituting gorilla life for state glamour they have never transitioned from the bush style of management, the
so called revolutionaries still think and act abnormally in normal situations.
We see a continuation of attitudes and prejudices that they used as an excuse to go to the bush, long after they left the bush, how can you fail to transition your management style to mainstream ways of operating after 30 years in power?it has become a common knowledge that some of them have left their brains in the bush.
I can state quite firmly that the level of their propaganda is not even fit for consumption of a nursery going toddler,its hypothetical for the police to try and control,a thought process and the flow of information by gagging and censoring both local and international media from exposing the gross violation of human rights in the country most significantly during the 2 decade war in the north of Uganda.
Recently Human rights watch report 2014 gave details of targeted ethnic killings in the Rwenzori region, including detail of atrocities under supervision of state appointed resident commissioners directing discriminate killing of a section of ethnicity the Bakonjo and hurriedly burying them in mass graves.

Here we have a police force that is extremely a
 political force instead of hunting down criminals on the street they are framing everyone who opposes the president with such as wild allegations of siding and abetting terrorism.
It is their attitudes, reactions, prejudices and behaviours in the face of given political problems that make them expose their narrowness and partisanship.This card of branding every emerging political opposition has a terrorist or financier to a terrorist group as such is a stale card and its also passed its sell by date.
Like the dreaded German secret police called the Gestapo gained its reputation for efficiency and brutality. Its brief was simple: to hunt down anyone who was suspected of treachery to Hitler. This included anyone who told jokes about Hitler or even celebrated the birthday of past leaders as this was seen as evidence of someone sympathetic to monarchism and not National Socialism.
The above example is a spit image of Uganda police force under Kale Kayihura, apprehending youth for trying to celebrate Museveni' birthday, for trying to promote a particular candidate other than Museveni can land you in the cooler in Uganda.

For those who are allowing themselves used by the system to infringe on our rights in future you will answer on individual capacities, its unacceptable to pretend your following orders in the civil force there are laws to enforce under the penal code not laws to rule.
