Nodding President Presiding Over Nodding disease:

Have the demons of authorizing the use of chemical weapons on the people of northern Uganda finally began to inflict justice upon president Museveni? For over 25 years of war, which you forced on us,your regime employed all dirty war tactics over the period of 25 on people your government had the responsibility to protect , from scotched ea...rth policy to biological and chemical warefare tactics in most cases affecting the civilians instead of the rebels you are pursing.

Mr. Museveni the buck stops at none other than you as a commander in chief your solely responsible for the suffering of our children in the north, at the height of the insurgency in the north ,you authorised the use of warheads armed with both biological and chemical substances to win the war against Joseph Kony`s LRA outfit.

The people of South Sudan have also become your latest victims of violence, unlawful use of banned weapons in combats as witnessed in Bor-Juba road in January 2014. In northern Uganda also witnesses confirm that, the UPDF aircraft dropped substances (not conventional bombs) which given the unique injury caused and the smell/odour left in the area, suggest of a possible chemical substance.

According to medical experts, the symptoms of nodding disease can be directly linked to consuming food and drinking water contaminated by either radiation or poisonous biological substances. The illness, called nodding disease and characterized by symptoms similar to epilepsy, which has afflicted more than 1,000 children . Victims often nod their heads uncontrollably. Many also suffer mental retardation and stunted growth. The disease mainly affects children ages 5 to 15. It is characterized by repeated head drooping and is often accompanied by convulsions and staring spells. Those affected often have permanently stunted growth, including brain growth. Food and weather may trigger the illness.

On the following dates the ,UPDF dropped chemical weapons:-

1. 1st July 2002 - Labongo ogali, Amuru Sub-County, Gulu District. 2. 6th July 2002 - Alero Opok, Gulu District.
3. 12th July 2002 - Pamot Lukili, Lamwo County, Kitgum District.
4. 4th August 2002 - Labongo ogali, Amuru Sub-County, Gulu District.
5. 28th August 2002 - Bar, Agoro Sub-County, Kitgum District.
6. 28th August 2002 - Okung Gedi, Amuru Sub-County, Gulu District.
7. 28th August 2002 - Orum, Kamdini, Apac District.
8. 30th August 2002 - Puranga, Pader District.
9. 4th September 2002 - Palenga, Gulu District.
10. 6th September 2002 - Bobi Nyek, Gulu District.
11. 18th September 2002 - Bobi Nyek, Gulu District.
12. 10th September 2002 - Aleb Tong, Lira District.
13. 22nd September 2002 - Acholibur, Kitgum District.
14. 22nd January 2003 - Awac, Gulu District.
15. 5th February 2003 - Ogom, Atiak, Kitgum District.

Cases of these exposure is not confined to children only even the UPDF soldiers have died from a range of unusual illnesses at Lacor (military wing) hospital. One such UPDF soldier, an officer by the name of Okello, died from a condition, which pointed to exposure to high levels of radiation. Many others have since perished from conditions which medical experts suggests, relate to the "unusual" weaponry that the UPDF is deployed during the war.

I am calling upon the international world health related organization to come and take an independent investigation, devoid of goverment influence to accertain the gravity of exposure to this chemical substances. Mr Museveni and his super power backers have deliberatly put a lid on the truth because he is a puppet who serves their interests in the region,USAID funded Centre for disease control seems to be involved in this cover up consipiracy. You hide behind the shield of your backers but one option that we still have and you will not escape from is natural justice, the truth shall be unearthed.
