WHEN SATAN AND THE DEVIL FORM AN ALLIANCE PEACE IS THE VICTIM.

Museveni`s trail of collateral damages stretches all the way from his school days at Ntare when he instigated a student uprising at a Ntare senior secondary,because of that his late mother, Esteri Kokundeka, concerned with her son’s increasing fascination with violence (he had already been a ring leader in student strikes at Ntare School and Dar es Salaam University) tried to dissuade him from joining the army when he expressed interest in enlisting.

In university In 1969, he had written a now famous pamphlet that he titled Fanon’s theory on violence: In this thesis, the young Museveni wholeheartedly defended the political views advanced by the Martinique-born Black Algerian revolutionary Frantz Omar Fanon.

The thesis premised in violence has a means to resist imperialism ,his gory descriptions of death, mutilation and skulls appear to have resonated with something in Museveni’s personality. He seemed to have a particular proclivity for and fascination with brute force.

First incidence of bloodshed was during Idi Amin reign he prematurely launched the ill fated FRONASA led attack in 1972 and invaded Uganda from Tanzania the attack was repelled, suffering heavy losses.

1981 he launched a rebellion in Luwero which led to a demise of over 500.000 Ugandans the skulls are displayed in the illustration of his thesis from the university days.

1986, when group took over power the massacre didn't stop despite the surrender of the former UNLA ,the former combatants were arbitrarily rounded and packed in train wagons and led to their deaths ,in one incident in Acholi a stadium full of ex soldiers were herded to tracks in disguise of deployments but that was the last they were ever heard of.
This massacres continued un abetted for decades with a war imposed to the people of northern Uganda that stretched for 2 and half decades and there are no clear available figures of the human loss.Its estimated the scorched earth policy and the herding of the civilians in the northern Uganda in squalid and deplorable conditions in internally displace camps led to death of 1000 people per week for 25 years.

Amidst this home insurgencies Museveni set out on his historic mission of aggressive foreign and military adventures that started with 1990 invasion of Rwanda .Since then the Great Lakes region witnessed violence on a scale never before seen,first on the board was the precipitated the Rwandan genocide in which an estimated 800,000 people perished. The Rwandan Patriotic Front overran Kigali and took power with the help of the Ugandan army. genocide in Rwanda that led to a massacre of close to a million people and displaced further 2 million Rwandese who took refuge in eastern Congo.

Never the less that was not the end of his thirst for blood ,he formed an alliance with Paul Kagame and attacked Zaire later renamed Congo DRC that led to apocolyptic loss of some 5.4 million people between August 1998 and April 2007 from violence and war-related hunger and illness, according to studies by U.S.-based aid agency International Rescue Committee (IRC).
Besides systematic cashing in on valuable natural resources in eastern Congo, Museveni and Kagame also directly funded and armed various militias in the area even after pulling out their national troops.In retaliation government troops and rebel militias regularly kill and rape men, women and children, some burn villages, and millions of families got displaced in the process.

First forward Museven`s insatiable thirst for blood has seen him form an alliance with another ruthless regional dictator Salva Kiir of the new African nation of South Sudan.In late 2013 the regime of Salva under pressure from his political comrades culminated into a ethnic targeting that led to open massacre of helpless and defenseless citizens in Juba under the protective eyes of Museveni.

Its close to two years the conflict is still raging,with Kiir guaranteed with support by Museveni ,by forces continues to kill,rape,displace and burn communities across South Sudan with impunity.
Two million South Sudanese are permanent residents of internally displaced camps for the past 2 years, reminiscent of the holocaust of northern region of Uganda ,where 1000 people were perishing in internally displaced camps for over 25 years.

Despite the peace efforts under auspices of IGAD with the backing of the international community,the two blood thirsty regional vampire continue to have not compassion for the suffering of the South Sudanese until they have quenched their thirst for blood on the 17th .Aug 2015 Kiir refused to append their signature on the peace deal .

Its time the international community took a hard stance and take stern action on Museveni and Kiir blood quenching alliance before millions of South Sudanese perish
