Dr Besigye & P10

What I have discovered a majority of our educated and supposedly well informed Ugandans speak in riddles, either they are so forgetful or speak for the sake of wanting to be heard. Dr Kiiza Besigye has consistently said without power your vote’s amount to nothing, lord mayor won the elections squarely in Kampala after many attempted rigging by the regime, but vigilance of the people secured him the votes, however he didn't sit in his office. Dr Kiiza Besigye`s continuous engagement to challenge the status quo pits him a position of expanse knowledge to understand the political landscape more than any other leader in the country and that should not be underscored.
While most of us are sleeping or meditating over the next deal that will bring in the income, Dr Kiiza Besigye is spending sleepless nights stretching his brains in researching and brainstorming single handily for the sole purpose of devising winning formulas to liberate the country from the jaws of these hyenas. Is there any other person competent enough than him? All this young Turks in parliament who today support other camps derive their popularity from close association to him. In fact in a recent appearance on the NTV program “On the spot” Dr .Besigye said the reason that he is fighting hard for change is precisely that people can support who they want and that is the real test of democracy.

Here is a leader who selflessly cut short his tenure twice first time is to beef up and build capacities in the civil societies and that succeeded. Uganda has now a very vibrant civil society, however in the environment of dictatorship we are in most of them got infiltrated by the regime others got compromised. And unfortunately these are the very ungrateful people who have the audacity to castigate him for being selfish.
On the second occasion he relinquished party leadership to talk to the people directly as a citizen as opposed to a party leader because he was hand tied party rules. As an activist he needs no party permission to form working relationship and build coalition with any party or leader, today we see tangible results the citizens from the rock bottom are well informed and more than determined to cause change, that's precisely why they are profoundly funding his efforts with the paltry earnings they have.

This should actually inform us that the population is very awake more than before, they understand it's crucial that parties should be resourced to help convey their messages. If we could ask ourselves why do the impoverished citizens opt to contribute to Dr Kiiza Besigye and not their area MP who they know better?

This is a struggle for survival of Uganda not for Dr Kiiza Besigyes family, so every citizen must offer himself as a vehicle of change to break the back of this entrenched dictatorship, form networks of people that you can connect with with ease P10 is the concept we are rolling out countrywide.

P10

P10 will bring citizens together in small cell networks ,that will not only fight for power but will retain power,P10 will be network that will ensure everyone gets out and not only vote but protect the people's votes from electoral malpractices.People cells, each consists of ten electorates. Each electorate cell member recruites 10 voters, and the multiplier spikes.
Their value is to advocate, recruit, vote and protect by all constitutional means, the peoples power and governance at all times.

Cells: A clandestine cell structure is a method for organizing a group of people in such a way that it can more effectively resist penetration by an opposing organization.
Depending on the group's philosophy, its operational area, the communications technologies available, and the nature of the mission, it can range from a strict hierarchy to an extremely distributed organization.

It is the responsibility of every activist to start a cell. It all starts by you identifying at least one confidant with whom you can share this task. Each activist has at least 1 confidant. You may have many confidants but at the initial stages of recruitment don’t go beyond three.
Choose the best three of your confidants. Share the vision, mission, strategy and tasks with them.
Train them on how to identify and recruit their confidants. Who is a confidant? Characteristics of a confidant is that person: You have known in and out for a long time Who your survival instincts, intuition and knowledge inform you he/she can manage the task Who believes and has faith in you Who is there for you as a person who knows you in and out but CAN NEVER BETRAY YOU and you can never betray.

It is also a method used by undercover operatives, and unconventional warfare (UW) led by Special Forces.
Historically, clandestine organizations have avoided electronic communications, because signals intelligence is strength of conventional militaries and counterintelligence organizations.
In the context of tradecraft, covert and clandestine are not synonymous.
The adversary is aware that a covert activity is happening, but does not know who is doing it, and certainly not their sponsorship. Clandestine activities, however, if successful, are completely unknown to the adversary, and their function, such as espionage, would be neutralized if there was any awareness of the activity.

Saying a "covert cell structure" is tantamount to tautology, because the point of the cell structure is that its details are completely hidden from the opposition.
Formation of organs and structures of the revolution. Independent activists, for security or any other acceptable reasons some people may prefer to support the revolution as individuals. This should be allowed and the Governing Executive committee shall keep them mobilized and coordinated with them.

1.    Cells:
Cells Formation of resistance cells of people that confide in each other is the sure way of recruiting a force of activists avoiding detection and infiltration by the state.

For the sake of avoiding infiltration, effective management, coordination and nurturing of democracy, cells comprising of small numbers of activists 7- 11 activists.
