The extended marginalization and the regional imbalances in appointments within top hierarchy of Uganda National Police should not be dismissed by the authorities as mere voice of discontent, its sectarian appointments, this disparities are real and skewed to one region and it makes Ugandans look at the whole police with a lot of suspicion.
