The tireless diplomatic shuttle to bring peace in South Sudan ,this week had a meeting brokered by President Uhuru Kenyatta organize a face to face dialogue between the two heads of the spilt SPLM/A in Nairobi. In an official response to the criticism from peace initiative to reunite the SPLM/SPLA brokered by the party of Tanzanian president Julius Kikwete, SPLM-IO Chairman Dr Riek Machar writes the principle reasons to why they shunned the ceremony to sign the reunification of SPLM in Juba. The decision Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD), undertook to isolate Uganda's dictator Museveni from playing a key role in the peace mediation process between the warring factions of South Sudan, looks like it has paid dividends in producing a compromising peace agreement document.
