I send my heart felt sincere condolences to the Mayanja family about the unexpected loss of son and brother to the musically gifted family.

On a passionate note I would also like to warn and advice the present and aspiring celebrities of the above phenomenon, you all work strenuously hard to succeed in the industry but always negate the recipe for staying at the top.

In a normal way of life, we should practice a brand of lifestyle that ensures we live longer to enjoy the fruits of our labor dieing early stage for someone with means and access to all information to prolong life is being reckless and irresponsible.

The secrets of long living should be cultivated in the life of any performing artist why? The level of physical demands of performing , sleep deprivation and pressures of staying at the zenith come with a raft of side effects.

Lifestyle has accounted to the majority of super stars historically a few examples:

Jimmy Hendrix
Elvis Priestly at
Bob Marley
Tupac Shakur
Biggie
Amy Whinehouse
Witney Huston etc..

The lavish lifestyle of sex, drugs and alcohol may be hugely appealing but can result in the tragedy of premature deaths in fact scientific studies show that there is a relationship between fame and premature mortality.

This culture exposes people to a certain lifestyle where they find themselves in a state magnified opportunities.
Therefore my humble advice to you is adapt a strict regime of a healthy living of:

Periodic medical check up don't wait until your sick to visit the medical officer
Maintain a good diet
Keep physically fit by doing exercise
Develop a good outlook on life and have a strong faith
Measured and control intake of
alcohol, tobacco and any mind-altering drugs in fact of you can refrain from them the better.

The cardinal rule of life is to preserve it through good healthy living not destroy it through bad lifestyle AK 47 with all the help at his disposable should not be dieing at his age.
