Museveni supports Kiir in dehumanizing South Sudanese

Nuer civilian prisoners

Dinkas perceive other South Sudanese are less than human and hence not worthy of humane treatment. This state simmered violence, human rights violations, war crimes, and genocide against the Nuers.

Protracted conflict and strained relationships between the Dinkas and Nuers should not hand Kiir and his allies a carte blanch to murder, torture, rape and force Nuers into concentration camps, South Sudan should part of a shared human community.

Such ill treatment only fuels intense hatred among the community and nobody emerges as a outright winner this serves to profit only Museveni, Kiir and his henchmen.

The on going conflict in South Sudan is unfortunately exposing the level of inferiority, criminality and evil among our leaders.

Nuers and other South Sudanese tribes are entitled to have some basic human rights that should not be violated. Innocent people should not be murdered, raped, or tortured.

Rather, international law suggests that they should be treated justly and fairly, with dignity and respect. They deserve to have their basic needs met, and to have some freedom to make autonomous decisions. In times of war, parties must take care to protect the lives of innocent civilians on the opposing side. Even those guilty of breaking the law should receive a fair trial, and should not be subject to any sort of cruel or unusual punishment.

The people of South Sudan deserve better leadership.
